About Zs Smart Check IN

With ZeroSnap Smart CheckIN, it’s now easier to handle pre check IN process. Once a guest books a room at the hotel, the hotel receptionist updates the details in the PMS which is then sent to ZeroSnap which then automatically sends an email as well as an SMS to that guest for uploading the ID documents. The guest, at the comfort of his/her home does the necessary and the same goes back to the hotel who then verifies and sends the guest the welcome email.

Guest can update the Registration card at that time itself and only bring in the hard copy of the ID document(s) just for security purpose and check IN to the hotel on the Arrival Date without any hassles or wait at the reception. The check IN process will be completed in less than a minute which becomes entirely helpful for the weary guest.

How it Works

1. Scan

With just one click, Scan any ID document. Support for all passports/countries using the ICAO 9303 standard, supported, identity cards, driving licenses and much more. Zerosnap also recognizes the MRZ – Machine Readable Zone – of all standard VISA.

2. Sign

(Optional: Let your guests sign digitally) Using one of the supported signature tablets, your guests can sign their registration card electronically. The signature is added directly to their customer profile.

3. Check-In

(Optional: Data Check/Editing) Manage all data inside the Zerosnap interface. Validate names and dates, even the client’s address through SAVE©, the integrated Smart Address Validation Engine. SAVE© uses the Premium GoogleMaps© API.

4. Send

Send it all to your PMS. Data is immediately transferred into your in-house system, as required. Zerosnap is also able to keep separate images of all scanned documents. Say goodbye to photocopies.

ZeroSnap ensures maximum data accuracy and quickness. Also provided an additional feature of email & SMS escalation to higher management if in case the receptionist forgets to upload the details to FRRO (government website for uploading details of foreign guests who have come to visit in India) website within the specified time.
FRRO details need to be updated within 24 hours of guest check IN as well as guest check OUT.
